厨皇易商用酱汁 

咖喱酱 

建議用法:加入200g 洋蔥碎, 200g 蕃茄碎, 10g 玉桂粉, 10g 丁香粉, 10g 八角粉, 2.5 公升椰奶, 適量鹽。煮沸後即可。 

Mix contents with 200g minced onion, 200g minced tomato, 10g cinnamon powder, 10g clove powder, 10g star anise powder and 2.5L coconut milk. Salt to taste.



喇沙醬 

建議用法:加入1公升雞湯(鮮蝦或雞肉), 500毫升椰奶水, 500毫升淡奶。煮沸後即可。 

Mix contents with 1L stock (shrimp or chicken), 500ml  coconut milk and 500ml evaporated milk. Heat to boiling.



冬蔭酱 

建議用法:加入50g 香茅碎, 50g 南姜碎, 10g 碎檸檬葉, 2 公升湯(蝦或雞)檸檬汁及魚露。煮沸後即可。 

Mix contents with 50g minced lemongrass, 50g minced galangal, 10g minced lemon leaf. Add 2L of stock (shrimp or chicken). Add lime juice and fish sauce to taste. Heat to boiling.
